Sophie was exceptional - friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Despite my forgetfulness with the pictures, she understood exactly what I wanted. I am absolutely thrilled with the cut. The salon has many positives: two late nights, a beautiful and clean environment, and a variety of services offered. Being impulsive, I appreciate that they accommodated me on short notice.
I mistakenly booked the wrong appointment, but the staff kindly guided me to the right one and helped me rebook with the appropriate stylist. Sadie was incredibly helpful and attentive, understanding my desire for a complete new look. My long, frizzy hair was in dire need of a change, and Sadie made the transition smooth. Overall, a fantastic experience. I will definitely be returning next time!
Sophie coloured and cut my hair, and I had a wonderful time at the salon. I felt completely at ease, and Sophie was fantastic in assisting me with the colour selection. She was truly dedicated to ensuring my happiness with my hair, which looked stunning after the blow-dry. I highly recommend this salon; I also found it to be great value for money.
