The ambience here is delightful I felt truly heard when I articulated my preferences. The staff appeared genuinely engaged in the light conversation we shared.
My acquaintance and I had our nails adorned at this establishment, I opted for a gel manicure whilst she chose an essential manicure. The individuals working here were exceedingly amiable and hospitable. Despite our tardiness of 10 minutes due to traffic, they handled the situation with grace and executed our service with precision and professionalism. Our nails appeared stunning post-treatment. Additionally, they graciously offered us beverages and the premises were impeccably clean. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.
Earlier today, my spouse visited this venue and to our dismay, the gel pedicure on one foot had vanished by evening. A substantial sum of £100 was squandered along with feelings of disappointment. Furthermore, they erroneously billed her twice, necessitating us to await a reimbursement.
