I'm in tears, my scalp is a disaster! I'll have to invest in a wig after this. I asked for a simple cut and blow-dry, just a few inches off, but ended up with a choppy mess. I now resemble a man in bad drag with a terrible wig. This experience has caused rifts with my husband and son. I look like my late mother, and it's so distressing. I can't step out looking like this, I'm a laughing stock. My usually quiet and gentle son even wanted to take legal action against the stylist. Avoid this hairdresser unless you aim to look like a man in drag.
I have my hair done every six weeks, and I've also indulged in a few facials, neck and arm massages. The staff are lovely, and the service is top-notch.
The loveliest ladies are in this place! It always has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and you feel like a pal walking in. It's the perfect spot to be pampered, and at times, it feels like a little therapy session too. It's a safe haven where you leave feeling so much lighter. Especially after a good hair trim!
