I adore these individuals but today instead of soaking off my old nails they were essentially torn off and one nail was bleeding. The final outcome was fantastic as usual but my nails are throbbing tonight. Overall though brilliant xx
Was the most dreadful “pamper treat” I've ever encountered !!! Man was so impolite and forcefully pulling my hand into a light bulb 😳 I informed him to cease dragging me around and he then pouted like a little boy. Was offered a loyalty card but declined!!! Suffice to say will not return
No need for an appointment and always bustling. But never have to wait too long and all the nail technicians are superb. Great durable nails.
