Up until 2 months ago, I was quite content with the service at the salon. However, when I wanted to change my hair colour, the experience was entirely different! I received a poor outcome, faced issues with my appointments, and distinctly felt unwelcome as a customer! I had to follow up on my 'lost hair extensions'. I believe this salon lacks efficient management - they won't be seeing me again, though perhaps that was their intention!
I must highly praise Emma (proprietor)! I went through a traumatic experience with hair extensions 7 years ago, resulting in bald patches. After seeing many friends with extensions by Emma, I decided to have a consultation in hopes of easing my nerves and achieving my dream look for my wedding day. What can I say, a picture speaks volumes - you and your team are exceptional, and the 5-star rating is insufficient!!!
