I have just completed body piercing at Sophie Drew's laser & beauty room. I received a lot of information before starting and could reach out to them if needed. Clean, professional, and truly delightful individuals. I trained with both Sophie and her partner Alex. They both made me feel comfortable, explained everything thoroughly, and displayed great expertise. I would definitely return for training in other services they provide. I undertook the beginners aesthetics course here. Both Alex and Sophie are highly professional and ensured that my injection techniques and knowledge of anatomy were at a high standard before certifying me. I give them five stars and plan to enroll in other courses soon.

Had a piercing done here, and while the staff were courteous, they seemed lacking in knowledge about their techniques. I had requested a larger gauge as my research indicated that a thicker gauge was better. I also informed them that I swell significantly and would need longer bars than they recommended. Within 3 hours of getting the piercing, the bars were almost embedded and extremely painful. The professionals I consulted to fix the issue confirmed that the bars should have been much longer and of a thicker gauge. The bars were tightened so much that the second place I visited had a hard time removing them. After trying for half an hour, they suggested a hospital visit to have them cut off, which was quite frightening! I felt my concerns about how my body reacts were not taken seriously, so I would not return here again.
