I've had a couple of treatments with Alex at the House of Tranquillity in Colburn, and both experiences were truly delightful with a fantastic team member. They always made me feel comfortable and I felt incredibly pampered afterwards.
Yesterday's facial by Alex was truly remarkable. Without fail, I am always pleased with the service I receive, whether it's a brow shaping, lash enhancement, brow tint, or facial - I consistently leave the salon completely satisfied with the care. The beauty rooms are delightful, the treatments are superb, and the experience with Alex is always warm and welcoming. Thank you, Alex, I'll certainly be returning soon.
I adore indulging in facials and pedicures with Alex as they are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and possess a delightful warm demeanour. There is never any rush, and I depart feeling rejuvenated.
