Perhaps the most abysmal customer service I have ever experienced. With 22 years in retail and numerous customer-facing roles, I understand the challenges, but the individual serving me did not even muster a smile; she seemed utterly disinterested in being there. There was no courtesy, no gratitude, no social interaction at all. I recommend a complete retraining of your entire team or hiring staff who do not make customers feel unwelcome in your store.

The process was swift, painless, and enjoyable. I highly recommend Danya at Claire’s for a nose piercing. Absolutely dreadful customer service, absolutely refusing to replace or refund a damaged package that had missing fishhook earring stoppers. The main customer service eventually offered a £10 voucher if I signed up to their app. Since I will never shop there again, I have requested them to allocate the £10 to their customer service training fund!
