My hopes were lofty but sadly unmet.
Regrettably, my "quick manicure" was subpar, my nails barely lasted 15 minutes (the nail varnish I picked seemed to be depleted, I observed the woman attempting to thin it with acetone multiple times) and I had to redo all my nails at home. The following day, after I informed the woman about what happened to my manicure (I displayed the photos on my phone - with timestamps), I already had the "full pamper pedicure" scheduled and, if I have to speak frankly, it was not the greatest. The woman found a broken cuticle cutter while trimming my cuticles and accidentally cut my skin.
Honestly, I can apply the nail polish much better.
I had to bring my nail polish along and use it during the treatment.
Considering the money I spent here, I anticipated more or at least a discount from them.
In fact, they billed me an extra £15 for switching from "quick pedicure" to "full pamper pedicure".
I am thoroughly disheartened by everything.

What a remarkable experience! One would never imagine finding such an authentically Thai massage in a quaint alley in Richmond. The massage therapists here are exceptionally skilled, and they truly aided in alleviating the pain in my shoulders and back.
