My hopes were lofty but sadly unmet.
Regrettably, my "quick manicure" was subpar, my nails barely lasted 15 minutes (the nail varnish I picked seemed to be depleted, I observed the woman attempting to thin it with acetone multiple times) and I had to redo all my nails at home. The following day, after I informed the woman about what happened to my manicure (I displayed the photos on my phone - with timestamps), I already had the "full pamper pedicure" scheduled and, if I have to speak frankly, it was not the greatest. The woman found a broken cuticle cutter while trimming my cuticles and accidentally cut my skin.
Honestly, I can apply the nail polish much better.
I had to bring my nail polish along and use it during the treatment.
Considering the money I spent here, I anticipated more or at least a discount from them.
In fact, they billed me an extra £15 for switching from "quick pedicure" to "full pamper pedicure".
I am thoroughly disheartened by everything.

Due to lower back pain and problematic neck, so far I had one session with each Alex and Charlie. These two were very professional, honest and caring. I've been going to Emma for nearly 6 years for waxing, pedicures, and other beauty treatments. Emma is amazing - I had tried beauty therapists all over the South West of England and Surrey for waxing before discovering Beauty by Emma, and none of them came close. Emma is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, delivering exceptional treatments while making you feel comfortable in a lovely treatment room.
