I scheduled an appointment in the morning for the afternoon, arrived 10 minutes early, only to be greeted very impolitely. A young woman came down and informed me that they were busy. I dialed the number, and the person confirmed that I had a booking but speculated that they might have taken a walk-in customer, advising me to return later. I found their attitude entirely unacceptable; I had a confirmed appointment, which they couldn't be bothered to honour.
