Cheli was truly superb - warm and made me feel comfortable; extremely professional and knowledgeable and provided the most incredible massage I've ever experienced. I departed feeling calm and rejuvenated. Would highly recommend and I'll definitely return. Many thanks.
I reserved a spa day package for myself and a pal. The package comprised a massage, facial and choice of mani or pedi. I inquired about swapping the facial but the staff were hesitant to make changes. The massage by Katie was delightful and I was pleased with the pedicure but disliked the facial. During the massage, loud footsteps and chatter could be heard. The voices emanated from the reception area and adjacent therapy rooms. This was disruptive and didn't leave us with a serene experience. Additionally, there were no couples/double suites for us to enjoy the spa day together, nor were there any other spa amenities. Hence, I wouldn't categorize this place as a spa but more as a beauty salon. On a brighter note, the grounds and main building are stunning, as is the hall where the manicures and pedicures are done. I would revisit.
Once again we indulged in our monthly massages at the Qi Spa this afternoon. I specifically asked for Sonia to provide a head massage alongside our usual full body massage. The head massage was fantastic and so was the body massage. I felt incredibly relaxed. Thank you, Sonia. Looking forward to visiting again.
