It's decent, the staff are fine and the cutting technique is excellent with a wide range of equipment. However, for a full family haircut appointment, it takes 6 hours. That's the only downside. In my uncle's barbershop, a full family appointment is done in 15 minutes. Very disappointing. The location is very poor, no parking space, and a dodgy layout. There are only a few seats downstairs in the main barbershop lounge, while there are many seats upstairs that we weren't even allowed to use. Please make improvements.
I once waited for ages here, then they brought in some lad who was "learning" to cut hair... More like just starting out. He completely messed up my haircuts. He wore a cap for about 3 weeks. Not impressed.
It's truly lovely and delightful, but I adore their styles and believe everyone ought to visit.
