Charlotte is the ultimate pro at biab nails. Never been more pleased with my nails the way she does them, her service is absolutely top-notch. Worth every single penny. Never apprehensive about leaving the shop anymore feeling disappointed because my nails aren't done as I envisioned. She is so delicate and I eagerly anticipate every time she does my nails. As a newcomer to the region, I conducted thorough research to find the best salon to meet my needs - Ruby Waxx exceeded my expectations!
I opted for brow lamination (with Claire), gel nail extensions (done by Alex), and a gel pedicure (courtesy of Grace) in preparation for an upcoming holiday. The salon is stunning, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff were delightful and excelled at their craft; it's evident they are passionate about beauty treatments and are a joy to converse with. A special mention to Grace, whose luxurious pedicure was so exceptional that I was taken aback to learn she is an apprentice - she is truly an invaluable asset to the salon.
I will certainly be returning to Ruby Waxx for future beauty treatments; I cannot recommend them highly enough 😊About
