Having recently moved to the area, I discovered the hideaway salon, which I initially believed would become my go-to hair destination. The first appointment was fantastic - welcoming and friendly. I went in with jet black hair and left with a lovely light brown shade adorned with highlights. However, the second appointment did not go as smoothly. Despite sitting for three hours for a full head of highlights, my hair ended up dark again without a hint of the highlights. I reached out to Louise the following day, expressing my dissatisfaction with a photo of my hair, but received no response whatsoever. Even my pre-booked appointment at the end of the month passed without any contact to inquire about my absence, presumably due to being ignored after my last message. Paying £90 each visit only to be disregarded and left with a hairstyle I wasn't pleased with was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this salon.
