Charlotte is the ultimate pro at biab nails. Never been more pleased with my nails the way she does them, her service is absolutely top-notch. Worth every single penny. Never apprehensive about leaving the shop anymore feeling disappointed because my nails aren't done as I envisioned. She is so delicate and I eagerly anticipate every time she does my nails. Will continue to return to her.
