I gave this place a chance twice, but on both occasions, I was underwhelmed. My manicure barely lasted two days before it looked messy, and my feet were left sore from the rough treatment with a razor that caused skin to be cut off. They prioritize speed over quality. I took my 9-year-old daughter for a treat, and I could have done a better job at home. Just because the client is a child doesn't justify a subpar job. I won't be returning.
I dropped by spontaneously to treat myself to a pedicure and have my daughter's nails painted as a special treat. The staff were very courteous, but I am disappointed with the cost and quality of my daughter's nails. I paid £10 for her polish, which started peeling within 24 hours - quite pricey for such short-lasting results!
I visited Alex Nails today on a whim to have my nails done. I was promptly attended to. Four of my nails were broken, so Amy repaired them and I must say she did an excellent job. Thank you, Amy, I will see you next month 😊.
