Extremely dissatisfied with the service received. Endured over an hour of waiting, which I wouldn't mind if the service was exceptional. Requested white acrylic extensions but received gel white tips instead. No inquiry on shape or length preference, and disliked the chosen style. Workstations weren't sanitized between clients. Staff frequently stepped outside to smoke without washing hands afterward, displaying poor hygiene practices.
Upon visiting Jenny's nail salon, be prepared for a lack of time and patience in explanations. Even when spoken to politely, she tends to rush through interactions. Despite this, her nail work is commendable, but customer service can vary based on her mood.
Fantastic manicures at Angel Nails - Jenny and her team create Stunning nail art! Admired various designs in the past and always thrilled with the results. Sporting red nails today, but here are some of my previous favourites.
