The service was subpar. The facial procedure lacked precision, and the massage steps were so incorrect that I ended up with a sharp pain in my shoulder, which severely limits my arm movement.

I have visited this establishment before for a full leg wax without issues, just a few missed hairs. However, my recent visit only saw 1/3 of the tops of my legs waxed (2 strips on each). Upon returning home, I found wax residue all over my legs, which took a long time to remove. I had to resort to epilating the rest of my legs. I paid for a full leg wax, not a partial one. The instructor kept urging the trainee to work faster, so I am unsure if that's why she claimed to have finished. I will not be returning due to this experience. On a positive note, the staff are kind, but I am disappointed in not receiving the service I paid for. I understand they are in training, but neglecting to wax even the top of my legs is unacceptable. I refrained from speaking up as I did not want to cause any trouble for the staff.

The staff at the beauty salon are delightful, polite, and attentive. The treatments are executed with care, and they always provide explanations and recommendations. I have been a loyal customer at this beauty salon for several years now.
