I opted for this salon due to its stellar reputation. After my first visit, I left with a completely new hairstyle that did not meet my expectations. Disappointed, I had to return the next day for corrections. On my subsequent visit, I decided to go significantly shorter. However, upon closer inspection at home, I was horrified by the result. I had to seek assistance from another salon to rectify the situation. The stylist there explained that the blending was not done properly, necessitating a much shorter cut for correction. This outcome is far from what I desired, and I am truly upset.
Visited KV hair salon today and was attended to by Claire, who was fantastic and incredibly kind. Transitioning from bright red back to a natural hue, I absolutely love the final look. Thank you xx
