Had a truly disappointing experience last night at this chemist. Despite having an urgent prescription, the pharmacist refused to help, claiming their system was down. Even with my doctor on the line to provide necessary information, she still turned me away and suggested I visit another pharmacy. The lack of assistance in such a critical situation was both infuriating and unacceptable.
The cosmetic selection is extremely limited - they didn't have what I needed. When I asked a sales assistant, she informed me that very little stock had arrived and couldn't explain why. These were just Rimmel products, nothing special. Makes me wonder if they're heading towards liquidation.
Sole employee manning the tills on a Saturday, with no one else on the shop floor. The displays are a mess, with both the presentation and stock levels in disarray. It gives off the impression that the store is on the verge of closure.
