Ellie was attentive and friendly. She took pride in her work and explained why she was doing certain things which put me at ease and allowed me to fully put my trust in her. When asked questions she gave knowledgable answers and explanations. Ellie struck up various conversations and remembered family members names and asked about them which created a lovely bond between us. Ellie did an amazing job and I will definitely book back in with her.

After a bad experience at my last hair salon I can honestly say how different I feel today. I felt a little anxious on arrival but was made to feel very welcome and was put at ease. James and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with a ten minuet consultation before proceeding with my cut. I am absolutely over the moon with my hair and would highly recommend James he is so professional. I am really happy with my cut with a massive 10 out of 10. Thank you James
