Had a massage from Sophie after the Loch Ness Half marathon, really helped with my recovery. I can’t recommend highly enough, she is professional & knowledgeable. Has a real understanding of the muscular skeletal system , along with endocrine & lymphatic systems. On top of all that she is a really friendly & empathetic person. Money well spent, excellent therapist.
I highly recommend Sophie for any of her treatments. She is welcoming and very comfortable to have a treatment with. The environment is inviting, clean and comfortable also. Sophie is clearly very experienced and took her time getting to the source of my very painful leg, which is more than the nhs physio did! I felt in safe hands, she instilled confidence in me with her pressure and technique and to top it off she’s a really friendly person. Husband and I will definitely be back for more treatments.
