I adore the nail artistry here! The technicians were exceptional, displaying a remarkable level of care and attentiveness to my desired design. Overall, the service was superb, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The nail work was executed with precision and skill; however, the demeanour of the staff was shockingly rude. When I requested to view the available colours for selection, one of the employees responded with eye-rolling and audible sighs, attempting to dissuade me from exploring other options. The general attitude of the two staff members was unwelcoming and unenthusiastic. Both my mother and I have decided not to patronise this establishment again due to the uncomfortable and unpleasant experience we encountered during our appointment.

I have frequented this establishment for approximately a year now, and up until recently, I have always been pleased with the service provided by the friendly staff. However, during my most recent visit, I noticed a new individual, a rather youthful gentleman, who exhibited rude behaviour. He displayed impoliteness by rolling his eyes, roughly handling my fingers, and unnecessarily contorting my arms during the nail application process. Additionally, I was not informed about the additional £10 charge for chrome tips until after the service was completed, leaving me with no choice but to pay. Furthermore, the technician accidentally got acrylic powder on the skin around my nails and attempted to remove it with a nail file, resulting in significant damage to the skin. Some of the nails were not properly secured and began detaching even before I left the premises. The overall quality of the service was subpar, causing discomfort and dissatisfaction. Although my past experiences have been excellent, this particular visit was a disappointing and painful ordeal.
