Charlotte provides an exceptional service... I have indulged in various massages, including hot stone treatments. Also, had manicures and pedicures. Today, I experienced my first facial. Looking forward to my next appointment in 8 weeks, 🤗...
First time visiting and needed assistance with toning my hair after coloring it at home (a very light ash blonde that requires regular care to reduce brassiness). The stylist did an incredible job achieving a cool and edgy look by experimenting with a silver shade, resulting in a strong lilac tint in some areas due to the uneven base (due to my own not-so-great home coloring skills haha). I absolutely loved it and received many compliments from friends, who said it's the best shade I've had so far, as the lighting really brings out the vibrancy of the color! So grateful for the most unique outcome I've ever had. Also, adored the fresh and airy style from the haircut and blow-dry, exactly as I requested, with a nice trim to get rid of split ends. Thank you, thank you, thank you from one very satisfied customer :)
