Would not suggest. Used to frequent this place but stopped due to Tommy, the owner, making me feel uncomfortable with personal questions. The manicures and pedicures feel rushed, sometimes resulting in poorly done nails. It seems like they're just after your money. They don't offer refreshments unless asked, and even then, they can be hesitant. I've switched to Shine on the Ruislip high street, much better service and friendlier staff.
I regularly have my lashes done by Elsie. She's a true professional, always accommodating my last-minute requests with a smile. I receive countless compliments on my lashes after she's done working her magic. I wholeheartedly recommend her services.
The salon provides a lovely, comfortable setting that's always impeccably clean with no overpowering nail product smells. The service is top-notch and professional. I highly recommend it.
