The staff at Blush are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Today marked my second appointment with Grace, a delightful young woman. After a previous negative experience at another salon, Grace managed to salvage my nails, which were severely damaged. The entire team at Blush is fantastic. I am pleased that my nails were trimmed as short as possible, as the previous salon's filing tools had caused significant damage. I have decided to make Blush my go-to salon from now on and highly recommend their services to everyone. xxxxx *****

My spouse arrived earlier for a nail appointment, seeking a removal of her previous nails and fresh ones applied. However, the salon only removed the old nails, applied tips, and repainted them. Although my spouse is somewhat satisfied, I am not pleased with the £50 charge for incomplete acrylics. Moreover, the excessive filing has caused cuts and soreness on six of her fingers. The staff did not address this issue hygienically and failed to provide an apology. They simply wiped her fingers with their hands. My spouse, unfamiliar with nail procedures, sought opinions from other technicians who expressed shock at the salon's practices. Charging £50 for a removal and tips is deemed excessive, and the risk of infection due to open wounds is alarming. I am utterly appalled by this experience!
