This week we entered with my daughter, she required some skincare advice. We conversed with a delightful lady Gaynor who went above and beyond, she listened to her requirements and skincare routines etc, and greatly assisted us with what was necessary. Incredible!
One of the most immense superdrugs I've ever visited. The cosmetics section is vast. Spacious aisles and simple to navigate. Fragrance department. Beauty zone at the rear of the store where treatments are offered. Some of the personnel could benefit from a customer service training, as they seem to prefer conversing with each other via their headsets rather than attending to the customer, but aside from that, it's a decent shop.
Today we wandered in for a casual browse, stumbled upon the hairdressing and beauty section at the rear, never had we impulsively made an appointment but the young woman at the reception desk was delightful and the hair cut prices quite fair. Emma tended to my mother, she was incredibly kind and authentic, she paid attention and executed a splendid cut! At times hairdressers can be daunting for people and may not always listen, but Emma was the finest we've encountered in a long while, we would definitely return because of her service and cheerful, welcoming nature 💛
