I took the young lad I babysit for his inaugural trim. His wild curls were getting out of hand, and not many salons cater to such young curly heads. The stylist was incredibly patient with Apollo, allowing him time to adjust and feel secure. She did a phenomenal job with his curls, showing meticulous attention to detail and taking the time to make it just right. I haven't been this impressed with customer service in a while. I'll definitely be returning! Before and after snaps included.
My granddaughter, who battles with mild alopecia, has had struggles with hairdressers. After a failed attempt at achieving blonde at another salon, my daughter booked an appointment with Britt. Britt was nothing but kind and welcoming to her. The young lady, Nell, who did her hair, was brilliant.
Nell styled my locks today after a long neglect. I was quite apprehensive, but the magic she worked left me delighted. It's the first time I've left a salon truly loving my hair - it's so soft and beautifully cut and blow-dried. Thank you very much, Nell, for my lovely haircut. (P.S.) Even my boyfriend is a fan! xx
