I had two appointments scheduled for my companion and me to get acrylic nails done for our upcoming holiday. The salon called me at 4 pm to confirm my arrival and emphasized the importance of punctuality as they were fully booked. We arrived at 4:55 pm. All staff members were occupied with other nail sets, and we were not seated until 5:25 pm. Midway through my nail session, the technician abruptly left, stating that another staff member would complete my nails, but they were also occupied. After waiting for 10-15 minutes with no progress, the technician working on my friend's nails had to attend to mine as well, juggling between the two of us. The employees appeared visibly frustrated at having to work beyond closing time at 6 pm, and both my friend and I felt uncomfortable, sensing that we were inconveniencing them despite having appointments and receiving prior approval for the nail designs. We ended up leaving at 7 pm (the appointment was supposed to last an hour), causing me to be late for my birthday dinner. While my nails turned out fine, the polish seemed rushed, and the colours on my friend's nails did not match the reference picture (bright colours instead of pastel). Overall, a highly disappointing experience.

My reservation was cancelled 90 minutes before the scheduled time without any prior notice. Upon contacting the individual, they seemed uncertain about how their contact details were shared (via the reservation form) and provided minimal assistance in rebooking or accommodating for the inconvenience. Despite booking well in advance with ample time for adjustments, I am disappointed by the lack of consideration I encountered.

Update: revisited this establishment recently and compared to my previous visit, I was dissatisfied with the service. I opted for Russian lashes and acrylic nails during my trip to Hong Kong, and within two days, I had to seek help in Hong Kong to remove the lashes as they were causing discomfort to my eyelids. Despite being a frequent eyelash wearer, I can assure you it was not due to lack of aftercare, and I ended up wasting a significant amount of money. Additionally, the technician glued my lower lashes to the upper ones at the edges, leading to constant watering. The almond-shaped nails with design were excessively thick, prompting me to remove them immediately upon my return. I no longer recommend this place and will not be returning.
