I am not content with awarding a single star. Hair services should only be offered if one excels in pin-up styles. My hair has been utterly damaged due to the use of subpar products, and she admitted to using cheaper products claiming they perform equally well! The salon ambiance is cold, dim, and dismal. The pricing is exorbitant, and the reputation is overblown. Do not be deceived by reviews; during my lengthy stay (4 hrs) at the salon, every other customer present was either a friend or a relative.
I was on the hunt for a place to get my hair elegantly styled for my mate's wedding. I brought my hair clips, extensions, and reference photos for the desired look. I was ecstatic with the outcome and will certainly return for another styling session. Rachael, thank you so much; everyone complimented my hair, and it stayed perfect all night. I am a delighted client and will be back 😁.
