Absolutely exceptional service and fantastic value for money. I recently switched from my usual salon due to appointment inconsistencies and steep prices. Upon a recommendation from a few acquaintances, I made an appointment at saffron styles with Jo. I opted for a full head of highlights, haircut and blow dry. The results were precisely as I had requested and I am overjoyed with the outcome. Jo provided friendly and professional service throughout. The total cost was remarkably reasonable considering the top-notch service I received. I highly recommend this salon, a perfect score of 10/10.
I was quite disappointed with my hair experience. I went in for a blow dry and curls before a night out, only to be told that my hair was 'too long to curl' after having rollers in my dry hair for 10 minutes (which obviously didn't work). I then asked if they could curl it with straighteners, but the result was very subpar and I ended up redoing it at home. However, the lady who washed my hair was very pleasant!
Today, Jo gave me a full head of highlights, haircut and blow dry. It was my first visit to the salon, and I felt completely at ease. Jo is highly skilled in colouring and I had full confidence in her abilities. I have decided to make this salon my regular spot.
