Visited for a biab infill and white tip painting. Within hours, the nails started lifting, and while on holiday, most nails had sharp edges due to lifting. Had to file them myself. Asked for a refund but was denied. Very dissatisfied with the experience.
Just had my nails done by Alex and absolutely love the new colour she suggested. It was great to catch up with my friends while getting pampered. xxx
Recently had a pedicure done. I was quoted £35 on the phone but ended up being charged £40. Noticed some smudges on my toes and realized the right foot wasn't properly cured. Had to fix it myself as the therapist seemed distracted during the treatment. Disappointed with the service and won't be returning.
