Finest spot in Wales for threading, I frequent this establishment and they consistently deliver quality service. Typically, they shape your brows based on your outline, but today Rosa requested I remove my eyebrow makeup, catching me off guard. Despite this, the outcome was satisfactory. Ladies, take note if your appointment is with Rosa, avoid wearing any brow products!
Visited to receive a fresh set of acrylic nails - although it was my first time, I've heard wonderful reviews. The salon was quiet, so I was promptly attended to. I showed an array of inspirational images to one lady, who then relayed the information to the nail technician. Without consulting me, the technician began the nail application. Regrettably, the final design did not align with my wishes. The nails are uneven, with the right hand nails longer than the left. Throughout, the technician was engrossed in a phone conversation and barely interacted with me, only conversing with other staff members present.
