Sophie (ladies tailor) is INCREDIBLE. I reside in Manchester but have struggled to find a tailor who meets my expectations after trying several. It speaks volumes that I wait to see Sophie (my aunt resides in Birmingham so I try to book when I visit) because she's the only one for me now! Additionally, her rates are very fair. She's able to create stunning alterations that blend seamlessly, which is convenient as I can only visit her every 6-12 months. 10/10 - highly recommended and eagerly anticipating my next visit!

Alice is a top-notch tailor. However, I was quite let down during my recent fitting. I turned up 15 minutes tardy for my appointment. Alice had another client scheduled right after me. She agreed to alter my outfit even though I was late. Nevertheless, I was rather dissatisfied with her hastiness in completing the alterations before her next appointment. In her rush, she accidentally pricked my finger with a pin. I understand it was unintentional, but it could have been avoided if she had taken her time rather than rushing to finish before the next client.
