So, where to start! My lad, 15, wanted a bit of curl on top, so we asked for a perm. Showed a snap of what he wanted. But what he got was an afro. He's so embarrassed, truly upset. When they put in the rollers, he asked for larger ones, but they refused, citing his flat hair. After a bit, his scalp was burning. Asked to remove the rollers, but was told to wait 10-15 mins more. After half an hour, with the stylist on her phone, the tightest curls emerged! And his forehead was bright red from the chemicals. I strongly advise against this place. Ignored our requests, disregarded our concerns. Now my son is miserable, and I feel helpless.
