I was quite disappointed with the sizing discrepancy. I purchased a pair of mom jeans in my usual size, only to find that they were significantly too small - to the extent that they were not even close to fastening. While the jeans looked great and seemed to be of good quality, the fit was simply not right.
I had a fantastic experience with Freya on 17/04/2024, they were incredibly helpful in assisting me to find what I was searching for. What stood out was their proactive offer to check online for me without me having to request it, unlike some other stores where they may simply say the item is unavailable. Both Freya and their colleague (whose name I didn't catch) were friendly, cheerful, and engaging. It was a delightful shopping encounter that went beyond my expectations. Thank you.
During my visit today, I was attended to by the elder of the two store assistants. When I mentioned that I preferred not to receive my receipt via email, they adopted a somewhat menacing tone, stating, "I'll print it for you this time, but in the future, you'll need to provide your email address." The tone used was alarming and distressing. I should not be compelled to provide my email address. While I have no issue with moving towards a paperless system, it is important to train your staff to not intimidate or threaten customers who opt for a paper receipt, especially older individuals or those without email addresses.
