Where to start with the amazing individual that is Charlie?! I'm a tad late penning this review but I wanted to ensure it was as fantastic as they are. Their expertise and keen eye for detail are truly outstanding. Right from that initial correspondence, I could tell this was a person who was dedicated and genuinely cared about me and my significant day. They are genuinely the kindest individual you could ever encounter and, of course, an exceptional hair stylist! No request was too much trouble, initially, I sent over a plethora of hairstyles I admired (each one completely distinct), but they expressed their enthusiasm for narrowing them down and experimenting with them together. The trial, OH MY, what an experience. The moment we stepped in, the room was adorned with delightful personal touches for me and my future spouse. We had a delightful afternoon chatting and trying out different styles. I am a stickler for perfection, but Charlie completely alleviated my concerns, and I wholeheartedly trusted their expertise that everything would be flawless for the significant day. (They even had an endless supply of tea and even baked their own scones!). Finally, the big day arrived, and I cannot thank Charlie enough. In the final hour before the ceremony, my nerves were in full swing, and I will forever be grateful to them for remaining so composed on my behalf. They did not rush or panic me in the slightest. They were a genuine professional, and my hair was absolutely flawless; it was precisely what I had envisioned and more. Every member of my bridal party looked absolutely stunning; thanks to Charlie and Lily, everyone looked just as I had envisioned them as well. Aside from my last-minute jitters, we had a fantastic morning getting ready together! When you book Charlie, you're getting much more than just a hair stylist, and I would recommend them and Lily a million times over to any bride for their bridal party xxx
