Utterly disgraceful. My nails are completely ruined. The male owner's attitude is beyond rude. The entire salon experience lasted well over 2 hours for everyone, with some waiting for an hour just to be served. The quality of the nails is shockingly poor. I will never patronise this subpar salon again. Outstanding salon, exceptionally friendly team especially male owner. Consistently deliver superb nail work with highly professional and intricate designs. Unfortunately, I seem to have developed a reaction to acrylic, but the salon was understanding and offered builder gel as an alternative.
