Sandbach Nails

Utterly disgraceful. My nails are completely ruined. The male owner's attitude is beyond rude. The entire salon experience lasted well over 2 hours for everyone, with some waiting for an hour just to be served. The quality of the nails is shockingly poor. I will never patronise this subpar salon again. I strongly advise avoiding it altogether.

Typically, I have my nails done by a mobile technician, but she fell ill today, and I'm leaving for a holiday tomorrow. The staff did a commendable job, albeit only accepting cash payments. They conversed amongst themselves in their native language, but were exceedingly polite when interacting with clients. I found their services to be slightly pricier, but given my urgent need, I had no choice but to pay. It would have been beneficial if they clearly stated their cash-only policy, instead of causing any inconvenience to customers.

Dreadful service experience. The staff were incredibly impolite. This was my second visit, and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but I left feeling genuinely upset and disrespected. Accidentally smudged the nail varnish under the UV light, and the man's reaction was completely uncalled for, almost as if I did it intentionally. It's unreasonable to expect customers to tip when they exhibit such appalling behaviour. I requested a cuticle trim, but he flat out refused, despite a woman doing it for me effortlessly during my previous visit. I have no intention of returning there. When paying for a service, one should expect to be treated with care and respect, which was clearly lacking. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.
