From beginning to end, I felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. I commenced with a thorough consultation with Katie, where we discussed all my requirements and concerns. With a well-devised plan in place, the entire experience was exceptional. The staff were outstanding. Without a doubt, my go-to hairdressers for life.
I wholeheartedly recommend Jam Hair, with its friendly and attentive staff and fantastic hair stylists. I was attended to by Louise, who completely revamped my hair and gave me a stunning copper cowboy colour! I am absolutely smitten with it! Additionally, Louise gave me a fantastic haircut, adding beautiful bangs without compromising the length of my long hair. Rest assured, you won't lose your long locks. Thank you so much! This salon is so remarkable that despite relocating, I still make the journey to Jam Hair solely for my hair appointments due to the friendly, attentive, and highly skilled service.
EDIT: I don't want to take away from the fact that I was pleased with the results . . . Even at the time, I was quite surprised by the price, but after spending 10 years abroad, I thought maybe this is the standard cost in this area. However, for the benefit of others reading these reviews, I must mention that I have since discovered that you don't need to pay £250 for a cut and colour in London to achieve this level of quality.
