Upon my initial visit to Lush Hair, I was attended to by a fantastic stylist named Sam. However, when they left, the quality of service declined significantly, with little attention given to clients' hair. I rate them 1 star as during my appointment with Casey, my hair was left in a disastrous state, resembling a botched DIY dye job with uneven patches of colour. I had booked a full head of highlights, but instead, I received a sloppy cut and colour. Despite bringing this to the owner's attention, there was no response or offer to rectify the situation. I sought the opinion of another hairdresser who was appalled by the results, stating, "They've left streaks all over your hair, and there are three distinct colours where the blending was not done properly." She expressed disappointment, having seen multiple clients come from Lush Hair with similar issues. While the staff are friendly and welcoming, I cannot recommend this salon and will not be returning.
