I have frequented Waterlillies for treatments on two occasions in recent months, and both experiences have been outstanding. The initial appointment was for a pre-wedding Elemis facial where I received recommendations on the most suitable treatment for my skin and upcoming nuptials. The second appointment was for a full-body massage. Following a previous painful massage encounter elsewhere at the hands of an overly zealous elbow, I was predisposed to be overly critical. However, I was not disappointed; the massage was so exceptional that it ranks in my top 3 experiences over the past 20 years. I adore the serene ambiance of Waterlillies, and the absence of feeling rushed left me with a sense of tranquillity. I seldom write reviews about anything, so this is a truly glowing commendation.
Many heartfelt thanks to you and your sibling for your assistance last evening, I believe it was a great success. Numerous individuals mentioned to me how much they admired your work and were proudly displaying the makeup! We raised an incredible £650, and a significant portion of that is attributed to you. I was incredibly fortunate to be among the first to enjoy Waterlilies' innovative Embrace Your Beauty experience! The goal of the experience is to enhance your sense of beauty in your own skin, and it certainly achieved that and more! The facial was not only delightful and soothing but also incredibly enlightening. Helen provided me with exceptional guidance on my skin type and how to best care for it. I will definitely be heeding her advice. The mini manicure was delightful, and I left with a better understanding of which colours complement me. Last but certainly not least, the delightful Charlotte assisted me in selecting a lipstick. I felt truly pampered from beginning to end - thank you all :-)
