Appalling personnel, never encountered so many unhelpful individuals in one store. Lacking in education, unaware of legalities/statutory rights. Act as if working voluntarily. One staff member who will make an effort to assist, she possesses a Liverpool accent. If she's not the store manager, she ought to be.
Personnel lacking in friendliness Unpleasant ambiance I've frequented this store for numerous years and it's truly regrettable. Won't be returning anytime soon. This store now merits only one star.
Dingy, scruffy, outmoded, crowded. For a place specialising in vending health-related goods, this doesn't inspire confidence. Desperately in need of a makeover. The personnel clearly lack concern for cleanliness or organisation. Poorly supplied. Mostly half-empty shelves. My snapshot depicts the prevailing appearance.
