I used to frequent this establishment for my eyelash and eyebrow treatments, and each time, the practitioner would consistently inconvenience me. I have evidence in the form of screenshots where she would cancel or reschedule appointments WITHOUT FAIL. She was consistently tardy, hastily responding to calls and texts, etc. Additionally, she would rush through my lash applications, resulting in clumped lashes that would shed in large clusters. I began feeling self-conscious about wearing them, yet I continued due to her neglect to advise me otherwise, as it was financially beneficial for her. She performs treatments on individuals without proper certification and injects a fat dissolver meant for lemons into her own face. I strongly advise against seeking services from this individual.
