Emma is an extremely professional therapist with exceptional standards; I wouldn't trust anyone else for my treatments. She is a master at her craft, boasting extensive expertise. I always eagerly anticipate my appointments with her. Her salon is pristine and she greets you with a warm smile every time! Emma provides a personalised service, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. I've tried various treatments, but my favourite is gel nails for both hands and feet! Visited this morning to have my hair blow-dried for my son's wedding. I requested a straight finish. I was informed that someone had called in sick, but it was fine and my appointment was still on. As soon as she started on my hair, I could tell she wasn't skilled. She just waved the dryer over my hair to flatten it at the roots?? I used to work as a hairdresser, so I know how blowouts should be done, and I've had my hair beautifully straightened many times at other salons... The two "stylists" talked over me and my daughter, and kept leaving to answer the phone (3 times), discussing with other staff about trying to locate Sam's grandma's phone number... This experience cost me £20, and I had to come home and redo my hair myself... I will never return to your salon... the entire experience was a disgrace.
