Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Sevenoaks

In my 30 years of visiting opticians, this was the best experience I've had. The eye exam was pleasurable and very comfortable, a stark contrast to years of issues. The optometrist, Matt, was truly amazing – it was the most relaxed eyetest I've ever had. Manager Carol was absolutely brilliant, providing a great and friendly experience with a personal touch. I highly recommend this place; it was a delight:))

Booking online was a breeze. The staff was helpful and available. The optometrist I saw, Raquel, was excellent. It's reassuring to know that she recently qualified, ensuring she's up-to-date with current practices. Raquel has a friendly and sympathetic approach, clearly explaining the next steps, speaking articulately and being patient. My sight test with her was very satisfactory, especially after cataract operations. It was a relief not to be pushed into buying unnecessary glasses, unlike my past experiences with dishonest opticians.

Yesterday, we visited the Sevenoaks branch with my daughter, who has a rare neurological disease. I can't thank Jack enough for his patience while my daughter chose her glasses; he's a wonderful asset to your store. The rest of the staff were equally brilliant – kind and patient, making our visit a positive one.
