Regrettably, Emily cancelled my appointment just 2 hours beforehand, citing "urgent family matters" on Instagram. I rarely use Instagram, so I almost missed the message. No call, email, or text was sent. I had booked the appointment 2 months in advance. If it had been a genuine emergency, I would have been more understanding. However, this cancellation occurred the day before Christmas Eve, leaving me with no opportunity to secure another booking as most places were closed or fully booked. To make matters worse, Emily was active on social media during the time of our scheduled appointment. When I expressed my disappointment with the excuse, she deemed me impolite. Unfortunately, my regular lash technician is currently on maternity leave. If you seek reliability, I suggest looking elsewhere. This incident marred the beginning of my holiday, and I have never encountered such unprofessionalism before.
