Always a delightful experience at Confidential Audiology Brentwood. The team is friendly, courteous and skilled. I have been attended to by Olivia for 2 years now, and she is consistently attentive and supportive. I trust in her expertise and understanding to offer me the finest solution for my hearing impairment.
Warmly greeted. Received a hearing assessment indicating a slight decline in my left ear. Facing issues with sudden loud noises like the underground train, a program was installed to address this. Tried to troubleshoot a phone connectivity problem but, as usual, forgot my phone.
Yearly check-up and adjustment of hearing aids. Handled by Audiologist Harper, who is exceptional! Courteous, professional, patient with numerous queries, highly knowledgeable and delivers a top-notch customer service. Wouldn't consider going elsewhere for my hearing needs!
