I have been a patron of Borciani for Microblading over the past 3 years. My initial treatment took place there, followed by two annual touch-up sessions, the most recent being 5 weeks ago (allowing for full healing time).
I stumbled upon Borciani approximately a year back when I urgently needed a reliable clinic to assist me in erasing a botched job of microblading. Discovering this establishment and meeting Natasha turned out to be one of the highlights of that year for me (not an exaggeration) as she completely revamped my appearance from being something I detested when I gazed in the mirror to restoring it to its former state prior to the semi-permanent makeup. Natasha exudes kindness, empathy, and professionalism, making the whole process much smoother for my plethora of anxieties and inquiries along the way. Her genuine concern for your well-being is a rare find in this field - truly refreshing. It took several sessions to achieve the desired outcome, but I am extremely pleased with the results and therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend her!
Natasha conducted herself with utmost professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness when I needed an emergency correction of some dreadful ombré brows (botched by another practitioner elsewhere). Distressed and sensing something was awry with the outcome, Natasha was prompt and reassuring right from the initial contact. I felt assured of being in capable hands from the outset and was greeted with warmth and amiability. Her evident expertise and dedication to her craft were truly commendable. Thanks to her expert removal treatment, a significant amount of pigment was successfully lifted. I was provided clear guidance on what to anticipate in terms of skin and brow recovery in the following days and weeks. The follow-up the next day and her openness to address any queries were greatly appreciated.
